ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation may only be made before your order has been processed for shipment. Most orders are processed for shipment within the same business day of order. You have until 11:59 Eastern Time of that same business day to cancel.

When you purchase these items you do so under this no return no refund policy and knowing that the product is sold AS-IS and are not subject to our regular discount fee.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, Joe Java Kofe shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Joe Java Kofe shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close-ups of the images.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive payment for it, and within 1-3 business days.
We use the following shipping methods: USPS (United States Postal Service), or UPS (United Parcel Service).
Joe Java Kofe uses several shipping methods depending on destination. Our warehouses is located in Pennsylvania. If you require your package sooner, please let us know.
Most of our shipping is USPS, unless noted or requested. No Shipping outside the contigous 48 United States. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We can not ship to Post Office Box, FP0, or APO. Please include a physical address for delivery, and must be a confirmed address through Paypal.
If an item is out-of-stock, and not excepted within 17 days, we can backorder the item or cancel it. You will be notified on its status.
RETURNS
We aim for complete customer satification. If you are not completely happy with your purchase. We want to hear about it immediately; within the next business day from delivery date received.
If something is wrong, we will do what we can do to handle it right. You have 3 days from purchase delivery date to request an item to be return, less a 30% restocking fee (if applicable) and shipping changes. If the item is determined to be defective, you will receive a full refund of all charges minus shipping charges or an equal exchange. Please send an email to joejavakofe at Comcast.net and request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). NO RETURNS WITHOUT RMA NUMBER will be accepted.
